Guy Holliman was born on April 2, 1959 in Carthage, Tennessee. He received a BS degree in 1981 in Business Management from Tennessee Technological University with honors. He graduated from the University of Tennessee, George C. Taylor School of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he received a Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1984.
Personal
When not practicing law for a living and in order to retain a semblance of sanity, Guy and Debbie work on the 300 acre century farm where they live. Their livestock includes Angus beef cattle, horses, burros, chickens, cats, dogs, and pure bred, New Zealand and commercial meat goats.
Experience
Mr. Holliman is a member of the 15th Judicial District United Bar Association, Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association Circle of Advocates, Board Member and legal advisor for Taylor Christian Camp in Holland, Kentucky. He is also the current legal counsel for North Central Telephone Cooperative (NCTC) and Macon County, Tennessee.
Mr. G. Holliman’s principal office is located at 102 Scottsville Road, Lafayette, Macon County, Tennessee 37083, where he practiced with the late Frank D. Farrar. He also has an office in McMinnville, Warren County, Tennessee. He is of Counsell in the Carthage office with his wife, Debbie, and they work together regularly.
